Taste - We can only savor the flavor of a new bread when we taste it.
see - We see how satisfying the new bread is after we taste it.
Live - We live as we continue to feed on the nourishment of the new bread.
When we taste, and see that God is good, everything we think was true gets turned upside down. We discover that what we are living on is really a poison, fed to us by an enemy spirit bent on our destruction.
We had thought that God was mad and angry with us, but instead we discover that God is in a good mood, because his disposition towards us is always one of Love.
We had thought that if we just tried hard enough it would pay off, but instead we discover that the only real payoff is found when we lose everything to find God.
We had thought that we must indulge in the pleasures of life, because tomorrow we die, but instead we discover that the greatest pleasure lasts forever and is found in the tangible presence of God.
We had thought that we were alone in this world and that we had to take care of ourselves, but we discover instead that we have a heavenly father that loves us more than we can imagine.
We had thought that the crucifixion of Jesus was the tragic death of a great teacher, but we discover instead that it was God's victory over our enemy.
We thought that there was no hope, but we discover instead that the same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead lives in us, to give us new life now and forever.
We had thought that if there is a God, we cannot know anything about him, but instead we discover that if we listen, he does speak to us by his Spirit.
This is the taste that allows you to see & imparts eternal life.
If you hear the call of Jesus respond to how the Holy Spirit speaks to you and follow him. He will give you the gift of eternal life .
